Terms and Conditions & Financial Risk Disclosure
By checking the box below and participating in this Coaching Mastermind, you (the "Client") acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. No Financial Advice
All information, content, and communications provided by Florent Mpase (trading as Ronny Mpase) are for educational and informational purposes only. Florent Mpase is not a regulated financial advisor and is not authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to provide individual financial advice. Nothing shared in this group, via WhatsApp, or during one-on-one calls constitutes a personal recommendation or financial advice to buy, sell, or hold any specific security or investment product.
2. "Follow My Journey" Basis
You understand that Florent Mpase (trading as Ronny Mpase) is sharing his personal investment journey and strategies based on his own portfolio. You acknowledge that he is displaying his own actions for educational demonstration; these are not instructions for you to follow. Any action you take based on the information provided is entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
3. Risk of Loss
Investing in financial markets involves a high degree of risk. The value of investments can go down as well as up, and you may get back less than you invested. Florent Mpase does not guarantee any specific financial outcome or profit. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
4. Limitation of Liability & Waiver of Legal Action
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Florent Mpase harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, or liabilities (including legal fees) arising from your participation in this coaching or any investment decisions you make. By ticking this box, you expressly waive your right to pursue legal action, lawsuits, or court proceedings against Florent Mpase regarding the financial performance of your portfolio.
5. Strict No-Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the content and the immediate access to Florent Mpase’s time, intellectual property, and private group communications, all payments are final and non-refundable.
• You acknowledge that once service has commenced (e.g., joining the WhatsApp group or attending a call), you waive your right to a refund.
• In exceptionally rare and specific circumstances, a refund may be considered solely at the absolute discretion of Florent Mpase. Any such gesture does not waive the general "no-refund" policy for other clients or future payments.
6. Subscription & Cancellation
If you have selected a recurring payment plan (weekly or monthly), you are responsible for cancelling your subscription prior to the next billing date if you wish to discontinue. No pro-rata refunds will be provided for partial months or weeks used.
7. Acceptance
By checking the "I Agree" box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in their entirety and acknowledge that you are not receiving regulated financial advice from Florent Mpase.
